Sarasota teen-ager paralyzed in a Sept. 9 accident during Pop Warner football practice is improving at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Sarasota. Paul Salter has been confined to his bed for several months, but he is expected to be able to use a wheelchair soon. 

The Sarasota County Homebuilders Association plans to build a house for the Salter family that will accommodate Paul's medical equipment and special needs. People wanting to help may call the United Way at 366-2686.
